Please note that Orders can be noted to be returned returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Return Process:

include:
- order number
- full name
- reason for return
- photos in current condition.
2.Review & pick up:then our team will review your request within 48 hours .Once approved ,you will recieve a "return instruction Email "containing the return authorization and the specific courrir partner that we will contact to sceduale a pick up directly from the recieving adress at a time that suits you.
3.Hand over:simply ensure the item must be returned in its original condition
- the items is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- tags and packaging are still attached.
- the return request is submitted within the allowed time.
then handed to the courier.
we will review your request within 1-3 business days.
once your return is approved ,we will send you the return address and instructions.
final sale items, discounted items ,and giftcards cannot be returned.after we shipping fees are non_refundable.
4.Transparent Refund Calculation:to keep the process seamless,we do not ask you to pay the courier upfront .instead ,we manage the costs and deduct a flat return shipping fee from your final refund.
5.Recieving Your Refund:once the item arrives back at our atelier and passes a quick quality check ,we will issue your refund immediately.
the funds will be returned directly to your original payment method(credit card,pix,etc..)
please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account ,depending on your bank's processing time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
once the order is shipped ,delays caused by the courier are outside our control.
if a package is lost ,we will file a claim with the courier and assist you with the prosses.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right,email us with 24 hours of recieving the item with photos of the damaged condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
